Join Coach Audra in this strength and conditioning series designed for busy individuals ready to work their full body. Each class will build on the next with compound exercises programmed for the entire body, as well as accessory movements on selected days. You are ensured variety through the range of equipment in the HSC XT Room, including weights, rowing machines, TRX, battle ropes, and the state-of-the-art functional Queenax functional rig. Coach Audra will provide specific cues to cater each movement to all skill levels.

Registration opens on Oct. 20, once Preview Days are complete, and closes at the end of the day on Oct. 30.

This program meets every Monday and Wednesday from Oct. 24 through Nov. 30 (*NO CLASS on Nov. 23) from 3:30-4 P.M. in ESRC 238.
