Getting Started on Research: How to plan a meaningful and realistic thesis/dissertation study

This session will provide a guideline on how to start research for graduate students or anybody who is interested in research. We want to help graduate students plan a thesis or a dissertation research project from the very beginning. The guideline includes how to design a research study, all the logistics in research, how to measure the research interests, sample size, and relationships between research questions and data analysis.
