The Graduate Council Executive Committee (GCEC) meets to set the Graduate Council agenda, prepare draft policies for consideration by the Graduate Council, exercises delegated authority to consider and make decisions on urgent business matters of the Graduate Council during the summer months, and reviews and approves exceptions to policy such as transfer credit and time limits.
