DESCRIPTION:The goal of the Great Decisions program is to stimulate discuss

 , and U.S. Foreign Policy.  Dr. Rick Ericson\, of ECU's Department of Econ
 omics\, will be delivering this evening's presentation.  The session will 
 include about 45 minutes of prepared comments\, a short break\, and then a
  Q&A session.  Students and faculty are welcome to attend for free.  There
  is a $10 per session charge for members of the general public\, with a di
 scounted rate of $65 if you purchase the entire 8-lecture series.
