HIIT the ground running to kickstart your day with Coach Madison in this 4 week small group training. Each session has en even balance of cardio and strength training using high intensity intervals of cardio with high reps of strengh training exercises in station format.
Preview Week is an opportunity for you to try out HIIT The Ground Running prior to signing up for the full program. Registration opens 48 hours in advance.
