This workshop is an opportunity for participants to discover strategies and best practices to alleviate bias in the workplace. For this training event, participants will gain a better understanding of what implicit bias is and how it impacts belonging, be informed how their own biases may manifest in day-to-day interactions, and learn how to combat their biases to help create inclusive environments.
