The Center for Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering at ECU, in collaboration with Pitt County Economic Development is honored to be offering this in-person technical course. 

In this course, participants will learn the principles of Lean manufacturing and waste reduction that will enable them to adopt industry best practices into their workplace to pursue green manufacturing for assured sustainability of our planet. The course will include a case study on cultural change using operational excellence principles for waste reduction, along with an overview of these principles.
