This session is geared towards managing relationships during conflict interactions. Relationship management is particularly important for long-term success in teams and departments as there is continued exposure among group members. The session will address how conflicts emerge, what may work as preventative measures, how to prepare for conflicts that are expected, and strategies for defusing conflicts that emerge spontaneously. At the end of the session participants will walk away with concrete ideas about how to predict, manage, and work through conflicts.
