This course taught by Gwen Lee-Tyson will explore and discuss the history of soap making and the four methods of completing this task. This is a two-day course. On the first day, participants will make a batch of unscented lye soap. The batch will require overnight curing to harden properly. On day two, participants will complete the soap-making process and leave with their finished product. Please wear long sleeves and closed-toe shoes.
