Learn to prepare traditional Christmas sweets from the Abruzzo region of Italy in this two-part course. Class One will share the secrets of "parrozzo", a dome-shaped sweet bread, while Class Two will introduce you to the seasonal delicacy known as "la cicerchiata" (known elsewhere in Italy as "struffoli") due to its distinct resemblance to chickpeas.

This is the course schedule every week on Friday, starting on 12/03/21 and ending on 12/10/21.
