Lift Like A Girl - Session 2 Preview Days - Evening

Join Coach Sky (evening) or Coach Gemma (morning) in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the ins and outs of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each day! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.

Preview Week is an opportunity for you to try out Lift Like a Girl prior to signing up for the full program.

Registration opens 48 hours in advance.
