Join Coach Sky in this strength series designed for those wanting to learns the ins and outs of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
Preview week is an opportunity for you to try out Lift Like a Girl Level 1 prior to signing up for the full program.
