About this Event
Join Coach Leigha in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
Registration opens Thursday, Aug. 25, once preview days are complete.
