About this Event
Join Coach Leigha in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. She will demonstrate proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
Registration opens Oct. 20, once Preview Days are complete, and closes at the end of the day on Oct. 30.
This program meets every Monday and Wednesday from Oct. 24 through Nov. 30 (*NO CLASS on Nov. 23) from 6-7 p.m. in ESRC 238.
