About this Event
Join Coach Maycee in this strength series designed to take your resistance training to the next level. Lift Like a Girl Level 2 moves you out of the classroom and into the weight room! Now that you know the basics from Level 1, it's time to take the next step and learn how to develop your own training program in the gym. Coach Maycee will teach you progressive overload, programming technique, and self discipline while ensuring you a fun and challenging workout on Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
*Participation in Lift Like a Girl Level 1 is recommended prior to signing up for Level 2.
Registration opens Friday, Aug. 26, once preview days are complete.
