Lift Like a Girl Registration

Join Coach Maycee in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.

This program will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 p.m. starting Jan. 24 and ending March 2.

Registration opens Thursday, Jan. 19 at 7:01 p.m. and closes Feb. 3 (or until spots are full). Click here to register!
