Join Coach Maycee in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.

Registration opens Thursday, March 16th 7:01PM (once Preview Days are complete) and ends on March 23rd at 5:59PM.
