Join Coach Maycee in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. Registering for, and participating in, the Lift Like a Girl Preview Day does not guarantee you a spot in the Lift Like a Girl Small Group Training itself.
In order to participate in the full 4 week Lift Like a Girl Program, you must also register for that offering.
