Lift Like a Girl Small Group Training Session 2 - Registration

Join Coach Madison in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the ins and outs of resistance training. Over the 5 weeks, she will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each day! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels. 

Note: This program consists of two 45-minute workouts per week with occasional virtual programming. Therefore, it's suggested that you only register for one Small Group Training program at a time to avoid overtraining. MUST Register via CRW Member Portal, space is limited. 

Registration Dates:  March 1st, 2021, to March 26th, 2021. 12:00 PM. 

Program Dates: March 24th, 2021, to April 26th, 2021

Days of the week: Mondays and Wednesdays

Time: 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM

Location: CRW @ Health Science Campus, Room 235 (XT Court) 

Cost: FREE for CRW Members and fee-paying students
