Join Coach Madison in this strength series designed for those wanting to learn the ins and outs of resistance training. Over the 5 weeks, she will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each day! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
Note: This program consists of two 45-minute workouts per week with occasional virtual programming. Therefore, it's suggested that you only register for one Small Group Training program at a time to avoid overtraining. MUST Register via CRW Member Portal, space is limited.
