Moving from a peer to supervisor role brings about a myriad of new responsibilities and challenges. The first part of this training will include tips and strategies to consider when transitioning from a peer to supervisor role. The second part of the training will include a panel discussion with employees at ECU who have made the transition from a peer to supervisor role who will share their strategies and lessons learned in making that transition. 

Please note: This training is a part of the POSO Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program pathway but can be taken as an individual training too.
