Come stop by our Well-Being Centers to learn ways to practice Sleep Hygiene

Practicing sleep hygiene effectively helps us feel productive and energized throughout the day to get daily tasks done. It also allows our brains to recharge and maintain all that was learned from the day before.

Some ways to incorporate a sleep hygiene routine are as follows:

  • Set up a sleep schedule
  • Follow a nightly routine
  • Don’t look at your computer or phone screens at least 30 minutes before you decided to lay down
  • Create an inviting space for you to sleep in
