Beliefs and values influence perceptions, available ways of dealing with conflicts, and what constitutes ethical or fair outcomes. They are also frequently connected to personal identity and integrity. This makes disagreements that involve beliefs/values (or even directly confront them) very difficult to navigate. This session illustrates how actors may work through moral conflicts and at least reach understandings where traditional solutions may not be realistic.
