Open Session on Scopus, Web of Science, and Measuring the Impact of Research

ECU Libraries are assessing Scopus as a possible replacement of the Web of Sciences, which provides access to the Science Citation Index, the Social Sciences Citation Index, and the Arts & Humanities Citation Index. Both Scopus and the Web of Science provide users with tools designed to measure the impacts of research. To help ECU researchers to understand and compare these tools and to provide them with information about other tools for measuring the impact of research, the Libraries are collaborating with the Office of Faculty Excellence to offer four open sessions.
