This training will provide an introductory overview of the ECU policy manual and other university related rules. Participants will get an idea of how and why we need policies, policy creation, and real-life application of ECU PRRs.  

Please note: This training is a part of the HR Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program pathway but can be taken as an individual training too.
