This course is designed to educate new supervisors about the services the Department for People Operations, Success, & Opportunity (POSO) can provide. The training will take a look at the different units within POSO and discuss what resources and services employees and managers have access to. 

Please note: This training is a part of the Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program pathway but can be taken as an individual training too.
