This training will provide educators the knowledge and skills to implement the Reducing the Risk curriculum effectively with a high degree of fidelity.
As a result of this training, educators will be able to:

• Share accurate information related to pregnancy and STD prevention.
• Increase student proficiency in: utilizing refusal skills and delay tactics, assessing and avoiding risky situations, avoiding sex or saying no to unprotected sex, and using condoms.
• Effectively use a variety of teaching strategies to implement the curriculum.
• Answer student questions accurately and sensitively.

Lunch will be provided. Please bring a copy of the curriculum to the training each day.
