But, how do we perform when talking to the general public about technical or scientific matters? Are we using language that a general audience can understand? Are we presenting our work or expertise in a way that resonates with those we want to reach? The research you do is important, and we want to help you elevate your communication to the public.
The Office of Research, Economic Development and Engagement is partnering with University Communications' News Services to offer a half-day Communications Workshop for ECU faculty researchers. The workshop will take place Feb. 22 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Willis Auditorium. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required.
