Therapeutic Thursday will take place at both MCSC Well-Being Hub and HSC Well-Being Hub. The goal of Therapeutic Thursday is to provide the opportunity for the ECU community to participate in interactive stress relief activities to promote a calm, centered, and focused lifestyle.
