1/13/22 - Thrival Kit: Start the semester off right by grabbing a Thrival Kit to help you succeed this semester. Therapeutic Thursday provides the opportunity for the ECU community to participate in interactive stress relief activities to promote a calm, centered, and focused lifestyle.  

1/20/22 - Benefits of Coloring: Come by one of our Well-Being Center and participate in some Therapeutic Coloring. Coloring is a simple tool that doesn’t require any expertise, but it can be remarkably soothing and nourishing. Coloring not only helps focus your attention, but also allows you to express your creative side, which many of us neglect. Coloring benefits also include: Improving concentration and attention to detail Stimulating the brain and senses Igniting creativity Generating mindfulness and quietness. 

1/27/22 - Benefits of Journaling: Come by one of our Well-Being Center and participate in some Therapeutic Journaling. Benefits of journaling include: Reducing stress and anxiety Boosting your mood Enhancing your sense of well-being Improving memory Helping you learn from your own experiences Keeping you on track towards your personal goals Improving mindfulness and self-esteem, allowing for creativity.
