The True Colors program seeks to identify various personality and character types with the use of a unique Color Spectrum for the purpose of having a better understanding of yourself and your peers. This Color Spectrum is easy to remember, understand and apply. Understanding the needs of various personality styles helps to foster a healthy work and personal environment. Understanding others' differences will influence everything a person does, from home to work, family to friends, supervisors to peers.
