Strength. Power. Performance. That's the name of the game. Up skill your summer fitness with Coach Dom in Virutal 3-Dimensional Fitness. Each workout will have elements of strength and power training mixed into it along with functional movements designed to increase your overall performance. The only equipment necessary are everyday household items, such as chairs and backpacks. Dumbbells and resistance bands can be used if accessible.
