Join us for different Well-Being Coaching Groups throughout the semester! 

March 14: Better Sleep - Learn how to improve your sleep and how doing so can improve several other parts of your well-being. Students will receive tools for improving sleep quantity and quality in this engaging workshop.

March 21: Nutrition Hacks - A balanced diet has a direct impact on our mental and physical health. Join us to discuss the nutrition hacks that will help you prioritize moderation and preparation. You'll also have a chance to ask questions to a certified nutrition coach. 

March 28: Intro to Meditation - Learn how the practice of meditation can help you improve focus, reduce stress, and raise your grades. We'll share the tips and tricks that can make meditation a lifestyle habit.
