Dr. Mike Perko will give a little nudge, or big push, depending on your perspective, on why we need to be reminded of how important our own health journeys are.
We'll also explore 3 critical rules for better health, and we’ll get some life-affirming advice from a very unlikely source, Christopher Walken (and it's not that we need more cowbell!) As an added bonus, by the end of the session you will have added 7.5 minutes to your day (Dr. Perko will show you how). Not bad!
